How do I make a complaint?

You can't make a complaint. We are considered one of the finest brokers in Asia Pacific. However, if you have something to say, please reach us through your business development manager or through the Help Desk.

Does Hextra Prime have FIFO transaction rules?

No.

Will you close my live account if it has a zero account balance?

Yes. The inactive accounts will get archived in a period of 90 calendar days. If you have the balance, the balance will be removed from your account.

How can I get a tax statement for the year for my account?
